At Phoenix Health & Wellbeing, we want all clients to feel confident when booking with us. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.
Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Group class bookings are also subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
Refunds

Payments for sessions, packages, or classes are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you are unable to continue sessions due to a medical condition, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with supporting evidence (e.g., GP letter).

If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
Health & Safety

Before starting any programme, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire.

It is your responsibility to inform your trainer/therapist of any changes to your health, medical conditions, or injuries.

Phoenix Health & Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if we believe continuing could put your health at risk.
Packages and Prepaid Sessions

Prepaid sessions or packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
