Refund Policy

At Phoenix Health & Wellbeing, we want all clients to feel confident when booking with us. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

Cancellations
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Group class bookings are also subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy.

Refunds
  • Payments for sessions, packages, or classes are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • If you are unable to continue sessions due to a medical condition, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with supporting evidence (e.g., GP letter).

  • If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

Health & Safety

 

  • Before starting any programme, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire.

  • It is your responsibility to inform your trainer/therapist of any changes to your health, medical conditions, or injuries.

  • Phoenix Health & Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if we believe continuing could put your health at risk.

Packages and Prepaid Sessions
  • Prepaid sessions or packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

  • Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
